About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website, request early access, pay a reservation fee or place an order for a GOD-HELM device. Payments use the linked Stripe checkout, which identifies its merchant as U-SAGE. Review the checkout total, these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy before paying.

A product in development

GOD-HELM is in development. Images on this website are concept visualizations. Final specifications, included accessories, delivery schedule and warranty will be confirmed by email before your device ships. Intended capabilities are not established clinical outcomes. GOD-HELM is not a medical device and is not a treatment for any condition.

Pricing and invitation codes

• Standard device price: USD 15,000.
• Device price with a valid invitation code: USD 9,950.
• Reservation fee: USD 999, deducted from your final device price.

A website invitation check does not apply a discount in Stripe. Use Add code at checkout and confirm the reduced total before paying. The separate Invitation Code field records referral attribution. If Stripe does not accept your discount, request assistance before paying. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges, which will be shown before you pay.

Reservations

A reservation holds your place in the order queue. It is not a completed purchase. When your device is ready we will email you to request the remaining balance. The reservation fee is credited in full against the final price.

Payment

Payments are collected through Stripe-hosted Payment Links. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe's payment confirmation and the merchant's verified payment records determine whether payment succeeded; returning to this website does not confirm payment. The early-access enquiry form does not create a paid reservation or order.

The standard balance link is USD 14,001 and is intended only for customers whose USD 999 reservation has already been paid. Use it only when the merchant requests the balance and confirms the amount due. Do not pay both the reservation and the full device price.

Delivery

Any delivery timing we share is an estimate until we confirm a shipping date by email. If we cannot deliver, you can cancel for a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a reservation or order is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Applicable rights and changes

Applicable consumer rights continue to apply. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one in force when you paid.

Merchant and payment enquiries

The Stripe checkout for GOD-HELM displays the merchant name U-SAGE. For questions about payments, cancellations or refunds, use the merchant contact details provided with your Stripe payment or order confirmation. Include your payment receipt and the email address used at checkout.

For a request about information submitted through this website, reply to the team's response to your early-access enquiry. Keep a copy of your enquiry and payment records for reference.
