What we collect

• Early-access requests: your name, email address, optional invitation code, the website you used and the time of the request.
• Payments: your name, email, billing address, phone number if provided, invitation code and payment status. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse of our forms.

We do not collect biosignals or health information through this website. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and manage your reservation or order.
• To verify invitation codes and record referral attribution to distributors.
• To process payments, refunds and meet tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information and do not add you to a marketing list.

Who we share it with

Stripe processes payments on our behalf under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). Where your invitation code belongs to a distributor, we may tell that distributor that a referral was completed. We share information with authorities only when required by law.

Storage and retention

Records are stored on our server with restricted access. We keep early-access requests for 24 months after our last contact with you, and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Merchant and payment enquiries

The Stripe checkout for GOD-HELM displays the merchant name U-SAGE. For questions about payments, cancellations or refunds, use the merchant contact details provided with your Stripe payment or order confirmation. Include your payment receipt and the email address used at checkout.
